TD launches 10 new funds for ETF investors

TD Asset Management has added 10 new ETFs to its roster of funds. We highlight two of these ETFs for you below: Both aim to give investors broad international exposure. The TD ACTIVE GLOBAL REAL ESTATE ETF (Toronto symbol TGRE) invests in real estate companies around the world. The fund is actively managed and charges you a reasonable management fee of 0.65%. The benchmark for the ETF is the MSCI World Real Estate Index. It consists of large and mid-cap stocks across 23 developed markets. U.S. companies get a 63% allocation in the TD Active Global Real Estate ETF, 11% goes to Japan, 9% to Hong Kong, 5% to Australia ,and 3% to Germany. Top stocks in the index include American Tower, Crown Castle, Prologis, and Welltower. TD Active Global Real Estate ETF is okay to hold.
