Grand explores for and develops oil and natural gas in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Grand’s board of directors has approved the offer, and insiders holding 15% of the company’s shares have agreed to tender to the offer. Grand’s shares are also trading slightly below the offer, so a competing bid is unlikely.
