Thomson last increased your quarterly dividend by 10.2% with the March 2024 payment. Investors now receive $0.54 U.S. a share instead of $0.49 U.S. The new annual rate of $2.16 U.S. yields 1.4%. The company has acquired cPaperless, LLC, which operates as SafeSend. Based in Michigan, this business makes cloud-based software that helps tax and accounting firms speed up and improve the accuracy of the tax returns they prepare for their clients. Thomson paid $600 million for this acquisition (all amounts except share price in U.S. dollars).
