SkyWest Energy Corp., $0.49, symbol SKW on Toronto (Shares outstanding: 202.5 million; Market cap: $98.2 million; www.skywestenergy.com), is reporting higher production, although its output was just 679 barrels of oil equivalent per day (including natural gas) in the quarter ended December 31, 2010. Cash flow was positive, but it was just $178,461, or nil per share. However, the company has identified over 130 drilling locations. As well, it holds cash of $9.9 million, or $0.05 a share, and has low debt. SkyWest is okay to hold, but only for highly aggressive investors. …
