Its clientele is spread out across Canada, the U.S., Europe and key markets in Asia, and the company has over $144.9 billion in assets under management.
In January 2019, Fiera completed the acquisition of U.K.-based Palmer Capital Partners. That firm is a real estate investment management company, which provides direct investment opportunities to institutional investors, foundation and endowment clients, and high-net-worth individuals. The price was 30 million pounds ($50.3 million Canadian).
Palmer Capital, founded in 1992, has over 800 million pounds in assets under management ($1.3 billion Canadian), with an additional 215.5 million pounds managed through minority-ownership of eight regional property companies.
