It hopes to become an intermediate gold producer. The company currently has four mine projects in South America, including the Oko West project in Guyana. On September 9, 2024, the company announced that it acquired the CentroGold project from BHP Group (symbol BHP on New York) in exchange for a 1.0% NSR (net smelter return) royalty on the first 1 million ounces of gold produced and a 1.5% NSR royalty for any ounces produced above that.
